I thought the LEAP meetings were extremely helpful. I was able to listen to current employees on what to expect during the interview process, but more importantly I learned what they expected from me as a candidate and as a future employee. It was great to have a communication channel outside of the official hiring evaluation process to learn and ask questions. LEAP helped me focus on areas where I could improve how I told my story and ultimately set me up for success.
