This program was Siobhan’s brainchild, launched in 2018 to provide senior level candidates from all walks of life a red-carpet interview prep/hiring experience. In the 5 years since, she and her team grew the program to a point where it serviced more than 11,000 candidates worldwide in 2022… earning accolades from recruiters, candidates, and hiring teams alike.
Siobhan’s approach to diversity recruiting is not only strategic but also highly empathetic. She throws her whole heart into her work, and that shows in every interaction. Beyond, that Siobhan is an entrepreneur… the founder of OneMama, a global organization that empowers women as caregivers, mothers, businesswomen and agents of change in Uganda and beyond.
