Going through LEAP Interview Summit was fundamental in my hiring process and provided me with a great experience as a candidate. I had the opportunity to hear what it means to be a successful leader from AWS Leadership on a LEAP virtual summit and on 1:1 coffee chat meetings. It was very helpful to learn about the Amazonian culture and the leadership principles. I was able to better prepare for the interview loops and to understand what good looks like for my role since Day 1.
