I was hired through the LEAP Interview Summit program. Starting from encouraging me to considering an opportunity at AWS to helping me understand AWS’s unique interview process and helping me prepare for it, the LEAP team played an important role in my joining AWS. Through many touch points in the interview process, I got to know other awesome SA leaders and learned how diverse and inclusive the AWS team is throughout my interview process. LEAP team also help me understand how to build my stories keeping in mind Amazon LPs. I enjoyed and benefitted from the LEAP program and later decided to be on LEAP panels multiple times to help other diverse candidates.
