As a LEAP alumna, I credit Siobhan Neilland and the LEAP Interview Summit for helping me get prepared for the loop process. Through the 1:1 interview coaching sessions, L7 leadership panel and 1-1 LEAP coffee chat with business leader, I was able to gain insights into the Amazon culture and the different roles within AWS. The program also impacted my decision to join Amazon as our company values ID&E.
