After many attempts to improve our ability to attract diverse leaders, I came across LEAP Events Program and it was the real deal. The connection established between the candidates and AWS leaders when explaining our culture, answering all sorts of questions, and getting to know each is a unique, differentiated candidate experience that produced amazing sets of diverse candidates over and over again. The accelerated, ‘super-day’ LEAP loop mechanism allowed us to quickly assess candidates and extend offers to bring them in. LEAP is the only AWS program that I have seen deliver top notch diverse leadership hires in a consistent fashion.
