Thanks very much for the LEAP virtual lounge tips! I plan to join again tomorrow. I found particularly helpful the guidance to not “name drop” the Leadership Principles, as that was exactly what I had planned to do.
I also appreciated your comments on imposter syndrome. This tends to not be an issue for me, however the Preferred qualifications are very broad. I actually do have experience in all of them, if they choose to deep dive in a few I will need to say that I orchestrated the team to ensure that our solution, our technical proposal and resultant contract met the customer’s needs and was the best possible work product.
