I worked directly with Siobhan as part of her role in building and leading the LEAP program at AWS. The program was instrumental in providing a white glove level of support for recruiting and hiring. The program identifies diverse technology talent, provides coaching and access to candidates, and informs hiring managers around best practices for placing individuals who enhance their teams. Siobhan works across a wide range of stakeholders, and teams. She is a strategic thinker who is able to bring people together into her vision for the program. She pays attention to details. The end result is that my direct organization was able to attract and hire some phenomenal individuals who have made us much better as a team. I can’t say enough about how amazing Siobhan is in her role and the impact she made on our teams.
