Siobhan, Hello…I hope all is well. I just wanted to follow up to thank you for creating the interview lounge, it was really helpful in preparing for my loop interview for a role at AWS. I did not ultimately get an offer but the lounge helped me to feel more confident going into my interview. I have not interviewed in 15 years so your stats around this type of candidate were spot on. I did let the interviewers know that I attended your sessions. I do feel good about the effort I put into preparing and realize that Amazon is just not a fit for me.
