Siobhan and her team were invaluable teammates. Her and her team not only led the Leadership Talent Acquisition Tech Diversity & Engagement team, they created it. They build this initiative with a labor of love and implemented the program in AWS TA for over 7 years. Siobhan shined best in program implementation as well as process enablement by guiding other business groups as they adopted her program. It was a pleasure working with her at AWS.
