SER Consulting’s LEAP Program had a tremendous impact on AWS’s ability to attract and retain diverse talent. The program scaled from grassroots to Global with Siobhan and her team’s passionate leadership. The program empowered and inspired candidates to get beyond imposter syndrome with insights on how to best advocate for themselves, lead with metrics, and build out their career stories in a meaningful way. SER’s advocacy for under-represented minorities in the workplace is irreplaceable.
