The impact of Siobhan’s work is unmatched. Her extensive business knowledge and personal philosophy led her to create a program that qualitatively and quantitatively transforms the experience of Amazon Web Services candidates. She brings the human component to global processes, and insists on the highest standards. Siobhan has been my friend, mentor and guide since we met, and I had the privilege of contributing to the expansion of the Leadership Engagement Advancement Program (LEAP) to Latin American countries. The passion with which she teaches and creates makes her work so meaningful, and develops her team’s talent along the way. I have no doubt that Siobhan left Amazon a better company than how she found it, and that she will bring light wherever she goes.
