And I confirm that doing the “homework” (preparing case studies in STAR format) before the Coaching Lab was quite helpful since the comments made during the Coaching Lab allowed me to already start refining the case studies. I’m actually starting to look quite forward to the (virtual) onsite meetings and sharing “Star-shaped stories”!!
