Hi Siobhan, I really enjoyed your overview today In the SER Executive Interview Coaching Lab and as a person who has been in sales for a few years, the auto pilot analogy hit home with me. I’ve been cold calling, emailing, and conducting sales calls for so long it really is like being on autopilot. I know what I’ve always done and it works so putting it on paper will help revive my processes and successes so thank you for bringing that up.
