I had the pleasure to work with Siobhan several times in the past few years as she led initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive leadership workforce with her LEAP Events Programing at AWS. It was obvious that this was not a job for Siobhan but clearly something that she is passionate about and quite frankly really good at. One of the reason that the LEAP program was so successful in bringing some amazing talent is that Siobhan took full ownership of the initiatives by inspiring candidates, interviewers and managers. She is one of the most creative person I have ever worked with and I am really happy that I got to see first hand her unique ability in dealing with ambiguous and complex issues and coming up with new innovative solutions to solve a problem that is unfortunately very real in Tech.
