I had the privilege of working with Siobhan through being recruited during one of the very first AWS LEAP events that she led. Siobhan and her team did a great job of making me feel comfortable (was not actively looking and was completely happy with my current role) along with putting me in contact with various leaders throughout the process. Once on-site, the leadership panel setup by Siobhan really gave me a good picture into what the broader Amazon culture was like paired with the sub-culture that was in place. I couldn’t recommend Siobhan more when it comes to leading and recruiting top talent!
