Hi Siobhan and SER Team…. Or I should say ‘Hi to the Wizards of SER because you gave us outsiders a peek behind the curtain into hiring for Top companies in the World like Google and Amazon! You raised the BAR on the pre-interview coaching sessions I’ve had. Siobhan it was cool and unexpected to have the creator of the program in our call! This session generated so many ideas for me on how to improve my own examples. I was the one who asked you to share your customer focused answer. I appreciated the deep dive into your response and an interesting twist on how getting certification was being customer obsessed.
