(LEAP) Leadership Engagement Advancement Program for large scale hiring organizations

SER created and operationalized a fullly outsourced Global LEAP Events Recruiting Program featuring three specific service offerings. We also can build the same infrastructure internally for your organization!

The two primary goals for the LEAP outsourced recruiting solutions are the following:

  1. increase inclusion and engagement among leadership and executive candidates.
  2. generate a 35% to 50% increase in to onsite to offer ratios for a more diverse leadership bench.

Although it is very challenging to quantify/confirm increases in inclusion and engagement, we believe our efforts have made a meaningful impact given the overwhelmingly positive feedback received from leadership candidates and business leaders.

LEAP’s three service offerings include:

  1. SER LEAP Virtual Executive Interview Coaching Summit. We successfully launched our LEAP Virtual Executive Interview Coaching Summit across all global regions. In 2022, we had 12,000 attendees, for the year. We estimate that 10,000 candidates by the end of 2023 will attending our SER LEAP Virtual Executive interview Coaching summit globally.
  2. SER LEAP Leadership Engagement Panels with Networking. We host 2 LEAP Leadership Engagement panels per month globally. We have seen a 42% increase in leadership hires with this engagement model. We partnered with the various client companies that requested LEAP Leadership Engagement Panels with LEAP Networking . The objective of these panels is to drive candidate engagement with an increase from onsite to offer outcomes. Research has shown when candidates have opportunities to meet leadership, the data shows improved offer average conversion ratios by at least 20% and as high as 42.44%.
  3. SER LEAP Full Onsite Interview Summits Customized for your Organization. These executive sponsored events are created for high volume hiring at the leadership or senior talent level.This is done by utilizing a hybrid model of using inhouse recruiting and SER Recruiting teams partnering to opportunistically hire across that business line at 50% onsite to offer ratio and 57% diverse across a typical organization with 72% of those self-identifying as diverse leaders. The SER LEAP Event program has been highly effective in previous years for our customers.Over the last 4 years we have had overall inclined success rate of 57% from interview to offer. With a total of 72% diversity for LEAP inclined offers for those SER LEAP Events. The extra SER LEAP touch points of Interview coaching, a LEAP Engagement Panel, and calibrated diverse inhouse interviewers and 1-1 LEAP networking drive a higher conversion rate of attracting and hiring diverse leadership and executives. We believe using a high-touch matchmaking approach elicits better engagement than a traditional interview process, especially for marginalized communities.
